About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can transform client briefs into powerful creative ideas and strategic campaigns. You’ll work closely with creative, account, and production teams to develop innovative concepts, shape brand narratives, and deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns. This is a client-facing role requiring strong strategic thinking, creativity, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and concept development for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to strategy decks and presentations for corporate clients.
• Analyze client briefs and translate them into actionable creative and brand strategies.
• Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives.
• Research markets, consumer behavior, competitors, and emerging trends to uncover strategic insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to execution.
• Present strategic recommendations and creative concepts confidently to clients.
• Mentor creative teams and foster innovative thinking and structured creative processes.
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements for future activations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an advertising, branding, or creative agency.
• Strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills with experience leading multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven expertise in Brand Strategy, positioning, messaging, and maintaining brand consistency.
• Excellent research, analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with emerging technologies and AI-driven creative solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
