Position Overview

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Client Closer to convert qualified leads into paying clients. The ideal candidate has exceptional sales skills, understands consultative selling, and can confidently close deals with US, UK, and international clients through virtual meetings and calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and closing calls with qualified prospects.
• Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
• Handle objections professionally and negotiate pricing when required.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Maintain CRM records and update pipeline activities.
• Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Follow up consistently with warm and qualified prospects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, closing, business development, or high-ticket sales.
• Proven experience closing deals with international clients (US/UK preferred).
• Excellent verbal English communication with a neutral or international accent.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience conducting Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams sales meetings.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling IT services, software development, recruitment, staffing, SaaS, or digital marketing services.
• Familiarity with outbound sales processes and lead qualification.
• Understanding of solution-based and value-based selling methodologies.
