About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the UK and US markets, generating qualified leads, booking appointments, and creating new business opportunities through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

● Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients.

● Introduce the company’s services and effectively communicate the value proposition.

● Qualify leads and identify decision-makers.

● Schedule appointments for the Business Development or Sales team.

● Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.

● Update CRM with accurate call notes, lead status, and follow-up activities.

● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.

● Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills:

● 1+ year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.

● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong English speaking skills with a clear, neutral accent.

● Experience calling UK and/or US clients is highly preferred.

● Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections.

● Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

● Comfortable working in UK/US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in B2B sales, staffing & recruitment, SaaS, or IT services.

● Knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar platforms.
